These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, digital products, applications, tools, and platforms operated by Polarity Leads (“PL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including PolarityLeads.com, AISecretWeapon.com, and all related subdomains, landing pages, funnels, and digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).
AISW (AI Secret Weapon) is a product, platform, and brand operated by Polarity Leads. These Terms apply equally to all Services provided under PL and AISW.
By accessing, using, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the Services
- Misuse AI tools or automated systems provided through the Services
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, training content, AI tools, frameworks, scripts, videos, text, and digital assets provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Polarity Leads unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
6. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions
A. Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital products, memberships, subscriptions, training, and consulting services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
B. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
C. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for prior billing periods.
7. AI Tools, Training & Educational Content
The Services may include AI-powered tools, automation, templates, training, consulting, or educational materials. Results are not guaranteed.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review. You assume full responsibility for how AI outputs are used.
8. Consulting & Client Services
Consulting or implementation services are provided based on an agreed scope. You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect inputs.
9. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or outcomes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polarity Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, if any.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polarity Leads from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
14. Assignment & Successor Entities
These Terms and the Services may be assigned, transferred, or operated by a successor entity under common ownership or control without notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Polarity Leads regarding the Services.
