Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, tools, and digital content offered by Polarity Leads (“PL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including AISW (AI Secret Weapon), and all related websites, subdomains, landing pages, and platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing or accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
1. Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, training materials, scripts, AI prompts, videos, and educational content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once access is granted or a download is made available, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
2. Subscriptions & Memberships
Subscription-based services, including access to AI tools, platforms, memberships, or recurring services, may be canceled at any time unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation stops future billing only. No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or prior charges. We do not offer prorated refunds.
3. Consulting, Coaching & Services
Payments for consulting, coaching, implementation, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If services have not yet begun, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any approved refunds prior to work starting are at our sole discretion and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
4. Results, Performance & Outcome-Based Refunds
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, performance, outcomes, rankings, revenue, leads, or expectations.
Digital marketing, AI optimization, SEO, advertising, and related services are inherently variable and depend on factors outside our control.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider a refund request due to technical errors or duplicate charges. Any such consideration is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.
We reserve the right to provide this policy, along with relevant records, to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
7. Assignment & Successor Entities
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be assigned or transferred to a successor entity under common ownership or control without notice.
